Over the course of a few years, I've become addicted to nasal spray to the
point where I can't sleep without it at night. I don't have any allergies;
I
just keep reusing to avoid the rebound congestion. I've tried numerous
solutions, with varying degrees of success. I wrote a blog entry about it
