I have unsuccessfully been trying to lose weight for a few years now;
25 to 30 pounds, to be exact. Below is what I have been eating for
the last several days. What do you think about the way I eat?

Day 1:
2 Fried Eggs
3 Coffees
1 Cheese burger and French Fries
1 Coffee
2 Chocolate Donuts
1 Small Peace of Chocolate
3 Pieces of Pizza
2 Bowels of cereal right before I go to bed.
Day 2:
3 Bowls of Life Cereal before Bed
4 Small hot dog snacks
1 Pop corn
2 Ice creams
5 Cookies
1 Big bowl of Macaroni
1 Clondike bar
I know I have a problem of eating. I want to know how to get this
under control. A lot of it is emotional eating. I want to stop
smoking, but I fear gainging weight. And since I eat for emotional
reasons I don't know how I will be able to eat right after I give up
the smokes.
How can I fix my problem?
