Other than Lobelia, which has been mentioned before in this group for
it's ability to fool or satisfy the brains receptors, many of my clients
have had success using an alternative smoking blend containing Wild
Dagga leaf and Damiana in a 50%-50% mixture or by taking this blend and
adding another 50% of Lobelia to make a 30%-30%-30% mix of the three.
The damiana and wild dagga add many pleasant aromatic and invigorating
yet relaxing effects to the blend.
Of course finding a way to go cold turkey is the best route lest you get
dependent on other smokables. The first 2 of the 3 times I have quit
smoking tobacco I went to the beach (Galveston) and camped for a few
days with no cigarettes. I did have another wonderful herbs and some
adult beverages to occupy myself when not fi****ng, but the soothing
sounds of the pounding surf were the best medicine to enable me to kick
the habit.
I wish you well with your efforts.
Sincerely,
Doc Kunda
