It should have come with a minimal veiwer so you can see it on your
computer. Or you can download a 83mb trial version of eFilm 2.1

This version will give you full control and color graphs and audio. Very
interesting to be able to see and hear your heart beat and be able to zoom
in on sections and speed up or slow down the video and sound. Also works

week and make notes.
Does your BP change sitting (elbow at heart level) standing or lying
