About 2 years ago, I sent you an email requesting that information posted
on
lasikfraud.com be removed due to litigation. The litigation is still
ongoing. After receiving a letter from Nevyas' attorney addressed to
Judge Maier, even though I believe this information to be true, I am again
asking that you consider removing the material until such time that Judge
Maier agrees this material is not defamatory.
