From what I know of UK law, identity theft is a criminal offense.
Posting about it, online, instead of going to the proper legal
authorities, could seriously damage any case either you, or the Crown,
might be able to bring against the alleged perpetrators, as your post
shows a link to the offending site, thus actually driving traffic TO
that site.
Next time, consult either a Crown Prosecutor or your own barrister
before posting such a message, just to make sure that you do not
damage your own standing before the Courts, should action(s) be
brought against any offender.
