Louis Blair is not one to make a frivolous allegation. Why do you ask
that?
I see nothing to indicate that Polgar has filed a new lawsuit.
However, Parker filed an amended complaint on October 3, 2008. His
Amended Complaint is much better. It drops me and the Continental
Chess Association as defendants, and concentrates on his one good
complaint, which is that he was impersonated by Truong and Polgar.
On October 10, 2008 (yesterday) assigned counsel for Polgar and Truong
moved to dismiss. The other defendants have not responded yet.
