I'm interested in finding some mp3 hypnotherapy sessions. I've never
done anything like this before, but someone suggested I try this for
relaxation and health purposes. I'm not interested in something
clinical but more along the lines of meditation. Something very
soothing.
Does anyone have a website they recommend where I can purchase mp3
formatted sessions? Thanks in advance for your help!
