Not really. It's old hat reha****ng of Cold War propaganda about mind
control. The use of various so-called "truth serum" drugs in
cigarettes, for example, could well lead to highly toxic results as
burning the medications in conjunction with tobacco can produce a
rather nasty combination of chemicals, none of which do what the
liquid version of the medication was pur****ted to be able to do (and
which has been proven, repeatedly, to be unreliable).
The tests with the secretaries and hypnosis were seriously flawed as
well as they volunteers KNEW what the experiments were (design flaw,
big time!), and knew that it was a test program, trusting that they
would be kept safe. It would have been easier to trick them into
firing a loaded weapon under those cir***stances even without
hypnosis, simply because they already believed that the test was
exactly that - a test.
Again, MKULTRA FAILED. Get that through your thick skull, Ray. It
failed and it failed miserably as well as massively. Neither hypnosis
on its own, nor when used in combination with other techniques, has
proven to be the "holy grail" of "mind engineering" that the
intelligence community was searching for.
So, as they say in training retriever dogs: "Dead bird! Drop it!"
