Likewise, YOU are incorrect in your assertion that they are practicing
"censor****p." If the management of ANY privately-owned web site makes
a business decision to refuse advertising space to any other business,
it is simply a business decision - nothing more, nothing less.
The right to refuse service to any business entity is not censor****p,
which is defined as "The suppression or proscription of speech or
writing that is deemed obscene, indecent, or unduly controversial." -
The Law Dictionary. The action of a business to refuse advertising
space to another business or individual does not, generally, meet that
standard unless there is seriously explicit materials being
displayed. Are you claiming that they re stating that your materials
are explicit and would violate current statute?
I doubt it.
So, upon what do you actually base this allegation of "censor****p"
upon, pray tell?
