Actually, it sounds like they are taking their time to make sure that
their response to and counter-filing against you are complete, proper
and incontestable.
Read the part about the waiver in that black letter law section that I
posted, Skippy. They can ACCEPT it if they CHOOSE to do so. And then
they can turn around and hand you your backside in court. After all,
THEY have REAL lawyers - and you aren't a legal and licensed member of
the Bar, nor do you have one representing you in this matter, as you
have noted.
