Technically, not always. There is a running list of statements by Ken,
going all the way back to July 2000, which he has been challenged to prove
(as well as a list of statements of mine, which he's been invited to
disprove.) Although permanent removal of the truth site has been offered
if he proves/disproves any of these, it would be impossible for him to do
so, as my statements have all been truthful and his have been lies.
For a long time, there was an offer on the table in tandem with this. Ken
could have apologized and admitted his lies, with certain other reasonable
conditions, and http://www.aboutkenpangborn.com
would have been taken
down.
At this time, this particular offer no longer stands, as I believe it's
more im****tant that Ken continue to be exposed for what he is. That's why
the truth site will remain online until the day his obituary appears in
the
newspaper.
